I confess that I liked the original “Planet of the Apes” movies, and even the spin-off TV show, very largely because of Roddy McDowall being in all of them but film 2. I still haven’t seen the Tim Burton re-make. But I can’t imagine being this obsessive (from the Boston Globe DVD review page):

Ho-ly man!! After watching all 14 of those, you’d go to the mall and wonder who all those weird looking, bare-skinned beings were walking around! 🙁
