It’s quiet…

…it’s too quiet. The ‘Net has seemed deadly quiet for weeks now. Maybe it’s just me. I get into an Internet venue, it immediately goes T.U.? LJ seems to have slowed way down since all the uproar over the kiddie porn and fanfic bannings. A lot of people seem to have decamped to other services even if they’ve left their lj’s in place. But even all my e-mail has been quiet–and I have a lot of e-mail addresses.

I got tomorrow’s church service entirely done last night, meaning that I don’t have to spend today scrambling and sweating over the last of the sermon. It’s cool, wet, and overcast out, lots of yard sales rained out.

I’d like to see this new movie, “Across the Universe,” but it hasn’t opened up in Tyngsboro despite the fact that I first saw the trailer for it in that theatre. I guess I’ll get some work done!
