SATURDAY DECEMBER 5
Holiday Fair 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. At St. Martin's Church in Otter River. The event will be held mostly outdoors, allowing for appropriate "social distancing." Although smaller than the traditional holiday fair sponsored by the parish craft group, this year's event will include the sale of fresh wreaths and greens, hand-crafted decorations and gifts, a Chinese auction, and a raffle featuring 20 theme baskets. Face coverings will be required for all visitors. At the parish barn and rectory, 248 State Road (Route 68).
Holiday Bazaar and Cookie Sale 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. At Unitarian Universalist Church of Winchendon. Local vendors. Crafts, gift items, bake sale. Masks required, follow distancing and one-way shopping guidelines. Cookie sale items may be pre-ordered for pickup, order form at uucw.ncmuuc.org. 126 Central St.

Winchendon Fire Department Annual Toy Drive 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. At the Winchendon CAC. Accepting donations of new, unwrapped, gifts and toys in sealed, original packaging for kids ages 10-15 (donations for any age are welcome but the drive is focusing on this age group this year). Please wear face masks and maintain marked distance when you drop off your donations. Donations are NOT being accepted at the Fire Station due to COVID. Winchendon CAC, 273 Central Street.

Our Neighbor's Kitchen Drive-Through Dinner 5:30 p.m. Our Neighbor's Kitchen goes take-out! Pick up a hearty meal to go, while practicing safe social distancing. This week we're serving up chunks of seasoned grilled chicken, broccoli and pasta all bathed in a creamy alfredo sauce. Grilled veggies, bread and a sweet treat complete the meal. Winchendon Mobile Market 12:30-2:30 p.m. Growing Places of Leominster will bring the Mobile Market to Not Just Produced, 290 Central Street (outside weather permitting). Fresh local produce can be purchased with cash, credit/debit card or SNAP cards. All produce is eligible for HIP (Healthy Incentives Program) which doubles SNAP credits for healthy food. For more information, contact Growing Places at 978-598-3723. All shoppers are asked to follow social distancing and safety guidelines; only ten (10) people may be inside the store at any time.
